General.
As a member tour operator
with Lindbergh Tour and Travel is it possible to obtain an internet connection
to the central reservation office. With the help of this connection it is
possible for you as a tour operator to make reservations and to modify
registered orders.
Application.
With the help of your browser
it is possible to access the website which is exclusive for tour operators.
This website opens with an application screen. Your code and password will be
required. The entrance code with the password will be supplied by Lindbergh
Tour and Travel. This needs to be done by phone or by e-mail.

After you received your code
and password you can log in within our website.
Start
After you logged in you will
be in the main page of our website for tour operators.

This screen contains a title
and menu bar, below the menu-bar there are links to a column with selection
possibilities and on the right the completed orders that start with the present
date and day sequentially.
Head text
Here you will find
administrative information about Lindbergh Tour & Travel, together with the
logo (top left corner). A click on the Logo brings you into the start page of
Lindbergh Tour & Travel.
Further in the head you find
a menu bar with various possibilities.
Order list: These are the orders that start within the given
period. The search period can be changed with the help of selected fields. It
is possible to filter based on the status of the orders, and/or a name based on
all or part of a name. The button SEARCH
activates a new selection.

Status tour code
(order):
One
component of the tour code (order) is the status. The status indicates at what
level the order has been accepted within the registration system. The following
values list the various status levels:
Registered: The
order is carried out via the internet. But the tourcode
is not yet completely accepted by either Lindbergh, the tour-operator, or by
one of the suppliers of a product (i.e. an invoice).
Reserved: The
order is carried out via the internet, or direct in the registration system at
Lindbergh. The entire tourcode is accepted and is
waiting for the confirmation of the independent order rules within the tourcode.
Confirmed: The
order is confirmed by the suppliers of the product(s) by either, the internet,
fax, e-mail, verbally, etc..
Cancelled: The
order has been cancelled.
Closed: The
order (tourcode) has been billed, or for some other
reason closed by Lindbergh.
New order: The initialization of a new tourcode
(order). You are obliged to fill in the name, initials, and a new reference.
You may also determine the sex of the person. After you press the button CREATE
the system will return a tourcode (status =
registered) the question for products to be initialized with reference to this tourcode. The order details can be modified (UPDATE) and
the tourcode can also be completely removed from the
system (DELETE).

Current
order: The details regarding the "current" order if
indeed you are busy with a tourcode (order) or
modifications of an order.
Map
Log off: Logout of the current session.
[ ? ]: These instructions.
Selection possibilities (Select product)

Even
if a new order has not been made, it is possible to consult various products
based on categories (accommodation, excursions. etc.). If an order is current
(either new or selected), it is also possible to select products as well as
consult the products.
Accommodation / Ambiance hotels:

By
clicking on this button you have the possibility to select accommodations that
are supplied by various vendors (hotels). The only difference between these two
possibilities is that if you chose "Ambiance", only the hotels that
have this qualification will be displayed.
Within
this screen segment it is also possible to filter by the name or part of a name
of a supplier, or by region and/or the number of stars. Here the number of
available rooms can also be seen for the period in question. The system
automatically checks to see if the desired number of rooms is indeed available
to carry out the reservation. The prices are also based on this. The price can
only be determined when the booking is actually made because only then can the
availability be adjusted. Following the booking, various possibilities will be
displayed:
Location:
The
postal code is directly coupled on a "route-planner". By clicking on this link a map with the
location will be displayed.
Details:
Gives
the details of the chosen product including all known prices (also client
deals, Free Sale, and last minute).
Select:

The
product becomes included in the opened order. See also - Constructing an Order.
Excursions:

Clicking
on this choice gives you the possibility to consult and select excursions. It
is possible that the total number of offered excursions extends beyond the
number that can be displayed. This is because not all of the products can or
may be offered via the internet.
The price displayed is independent of the
total number of adults, the ages of any children, and the chosen dates. If there are no unique prices for children, then the
adult price will be used. See the details of the product for this information.
The button SEARCH has to use to make a new selection active.
If
there are more than three children within an order, or if there are more
children of a certain age, then you can continue with filling in a maximum of
three age groups. Within the "details" it is possible to modify the
total number of children in an age group.
Packages:

Lindbergh
recognizes "packages". Here several products are bundled together at
a reduced price. The details of the individual products can be called up.
Tickets:

In
the category TICKETS you can also select various products. The details of the
individual products can also be called up.
Transfers:

The
same information as in TICKETS can be called up under TRANSFERS.
Group packages:

Group
packages are activities that are offered through Lindbergh where a price isn't
directly known. This is independent of the size of a group, the number of days,
the chosen possibilities and options. By consultation with Lindbergh (by
telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.) a quote can be assembled, after your acceptance,
into a new or existing order.
Constructing an order (tourcode):

After
a tourcode has been recognized (New Order) the
individual products can be assembled together. When a product is selected then
it becomes coupled the tourcode and is displayed in a
lower screen. Within this screen it is possible to request specifications of
the calculation. (Under tab "Calculation").

The
Link "Details" within the selected order lines can be used to modify
or add to specific details of the order (UPDATE) onto the line, such as the
time of an excursion, or the location details for a transfer. You can also
remove the order line if the order still has the status "Registered".
The line can only be cancelled if it has the status "Reserved".

Accepting an
order:
After
the order has been found to be correct can it officially accepted. In the field
"Payment" you accept the order by checking the box "I
Agree", and then by clicking the button ACCEPT. The order then receives
the status of "Reserved", and there is a request to send the
confirmation to the suppliers of the products.
Details:
·
Under excursions pay attention to the specified
dates of departure and departure times. You can find these under the detailed
descriptions of a product.

Under tickets pay attention to the opening days
and times. These can also be found under the detailed descriptions of the
product.
·
Under transfers pay attention to details that
have to fill in such as destination specifics and flight numbers.
Lindbergh:
Lindbergh
always has the possibility to take specific action on certain orders. If
specific aspects of an order are unclear or if modifications must be made that
can't be carried out as "client", then you can make contact with
Lindbergh.
The
reference for you to Lindbergh is the tourcode.
Changing, deleting or cancellation of an order.
Changing an order is only possible if there if no order lines
are called up or if an order line hasn't yet been accepted. Use the button
UPDATE.
Deleting an entire order is only possible if the order is
called up and not yet accepted by the tour operator (status = registered). Use
the button DELETE.

Canceling an order is only possible if all of the order lines
have been independently cancelled.

Changing, deleting or cancellation of an orderline.
Changing or deleting
an order line is only possible if the order line has not yet been accepted
(status = registered).
Canceling an order line is only possible if the order line has
been accepted by the touroperator.
Actions
with an order line can be carried out by clicking on the link
"Details". Within this screen it is possible to add or change
individual items. If the total number of children or people is changed, then
the total price is adjusted. If the period of a booking is changed, then the
price will also be adjusted according to the total number of nights. If there
happens to be no availability in the new period, then the price won't be
calculated. In consultation with Lindbergh it is possible to modify or cancel
the order.

Confirming your order
For
every order line there is a request for a confirmation sent to the suppliers.
The supplier is expected to confirm the order in cooperation and negotiation
with Lindbergh. As a tour operator you notice nothing of this process.
As
well as the confirmation there will be a copy or your order sent via e-mail to
Lindbergh. If there are uncertainties regarding your order, Lindbergh will make
contact with you.
Printing vouchers
After
the order is accepted by you as tour operator it is possible to assemble order
lines and print vouchers by order line. These printed vouchers can be used as
proof of payment by the suppliers of the product. Use the link voucher.

Paying your order.
After
your order has been accepted (status=reserved), you will get the possibility to
pay your order by using a Credit Card. Next to this possibility the standard
payment-procedures will also be used. So you don’t have to use this procedure.
From
the order list you can select the order or you will see directly the
payment-form (as shown below) after accepting the order.

the proper method of payment and Credit card. By clicking START PAYMENT you
will be redirected to our payment-provider ‘

In
some cases orders from touroperators will only be
accepted after a payment has been made. These touroperators
will be separately notified.
